Fuel's so expensive these days I decided to made the decision to switch to an electric vehicle, and Motorzone Durham had a Nissan Leaf in stock that ticked all my boxes. I'm glad I made the change as it's so much cheaper and I'm actually really enjoying the car itself. The dealership took my old car off my hands too which made things a lot easier than me trying to sell privately. One minor point of feedback would be to valet the interiors to a higher standard, but that's only one minor gripe. I've had no issues with the car since collection and feel happy with my experience overall.

This is my very first car, so I didn't really know what to expect if I'm honest but it's been spot-on and I'm really liking it. Motorzone Durham were a big help and I'd say it was a good experience overall.

The BMW X1 I bought from these guys has had a fault with the window wash water pump, but I can't fault the way they've handled everything. They've already ordered the part and have said they'll call me when it arrives so I can drop the car off for repair. They really have been great with me and I think their support's been brilliant.

Both Brian and Louis are really nice guys and try really hard to make sure you are happy with the vehicle, however minor paint and dents hadn't been addressed and the vehicle wasn't fully valeted prior to collection. These are really minor issues but overall I would score them a 4.5.

Overall I've had a positive experience buying my Ford Fiesta. The guys at the dealership were quite accommodating and had the car delivered to me which was convenient. One suggestion for improvement would've been a better valet as the previous owner had very hairy dogs, but I know the hairs are a nightmare to get out. Having said that I'm happy on the whole and would return to Motorzone Durham in future.

I would rate 4.5 as 1) very happy with the car itself, 2) through the sales process the sales person was great (Louis) and 3) he personally drove it down 200 miles to me when a delivery driver let him down. The half point is knocked off as 1) I noticed the car was not MOTd one day before delivery, 2) it needed a new rear wiper although I was compensated for this. Thanks!

I discovered Motorzone Durham on Auto Trader and was drawn to a Tesla Model 3 they had listed. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received throughout the purchase as found it really easy and straightforward

All's great with my Ford Fiesta from Motorzone Durham. I've been using it daily to go back and forth to work and popping from a to b, I'd rate the dealership 10/10 if I could as they were very helpful and answered all of my questions before I'd even needed to ask.
