1. Where is Motorzone Durham located?

We are based at Unit 1B, Bowden Place, St Johns Road, Meadowfield Industrial Estate, Durham DH7 8TB, serving Durham, Newcastle, the wider North East, and customers nationwide.

2. What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday and on Saturday until 4pm. Test drives are available by appointment.

3. What types of vehicles do you sell?

We stock quality used cars under 7 years old from top manufacturers including Tesla, Nissan, MG, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. Our vehicles include petrol, diesel, and electric cars.

4. Are you specialists in electric vehicles?

Yes. Motorzone Durham are electric car specialists, particularly for Tesla, and we provide battery health certificates for all EVs to give you peace of mind.

5. Do your cars come with a warranty?

All vehicles come with a three-month parts and labour warranty as standard. We also offer Evolution Warranty for petrol and diesel cars, and Warranty First for electric vehicles.

6. Can I reserve a car before visiting?

Yes. You can secure a vehicle with a £99 refundable viewing or holding deposit. Cars can be reserved for up to 48 hours, and payment can be made over the phone or via bank transfer.

7. Do you provide videos and images of your cars? 

Every vehicle advert includes a full HD video and up to 50 images, along with detailed descriptions, so you can see your chosen car clearly before visiting.

8. Do you offer test drives?

Yes. Test drives are available. Please book in advance to ensure the vehicle is ready when you arrive.

9. Do you offer finance deals?

Yes. We provide flexible finance options with low deposits, manageable monthly payments, and options for customers with limited or poor credit. Our team will guide you through the process.

10. Can I part exchange my current vehicle?

Absolutely. We offer fair and competitive part exchange valuations, which can reduce the cost of your next purchase.

11. Do you deliver cars nationwide?

Yes. While we primarily serve the North East, we can arrange nationwide vehicle sales and delivery.

12. How do you ensure the quality of your cars?

All cars are hand-selected by our experienced team and thoroughly checked before sale. Electric vehicles also come with a Battery Health Certificate to ensure confidence in your purchase.
